APPLICATION

The SMARTLIGHT-05 cap lamp is designed for individual illumination of workplace. Intrinsically safe quality of work - ia category and IP65 ingress protection of enclosure enables use of cap lamps in mining plants, in rooms at any concentration of methane. Cap lamps are ref with the NiMH service-less battery ensuring good illumination in different working situations.

 

CONSTRUCTION AND FUNCTIONS OF THE LAMP

The SMARTLIGHT-05 cap lamp contains meaningful innovations. System of high intensity diodes fulfils the function of a source of light and a small, service-less battery fulfils the function of a source of power supply. The two components have brought to considerable reduction of dimensions and weight of the cap lamp. Thanks to the innovations the cap lamp is easy in use and to maintain.

It is possible to built in into the lamp a transmitter type MTTS-TP1 which can cooperate with the monitoring and localization system of the miners present at the mine. In this case, the lamp is defined as Smartlight-05/T.

 

The lamp is called Smartlight-05/M1 if it has built in a localization transmitter which emits a signal of 4-6 kHz and which allows to find the miner during a rescue action after a goaf in the mine with help of position finding receiver type Minsearch-08.
